O’Connor Center Pancake Fest 2015

A Letter from Sue Massingill regarding the 2015 Pancake Fest at the O’Connor Center __________________________ Dear Friend of the O’Connor Center: It’s time once again for pancakes at the O’Connor Senior Center and excitement is mounting for this year’s Pancake Fest! The 2015 Pancake Fest will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2014, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please mark your calendar and get on board for this very special annual fundraising event that will include both regular and gluten-free pancakes! In addition there will be the annual craft fair/gift bazaar, and a plant sale! Over the years the O’Connor Pancake Fest has evolved into a really fun community event and people have already begun reserving tables. Tickets are still $5 and we expect more than 1,200 persons to attend again this year! As you know, the Center depends on revenue from ticket sales and partnerships resulting in the sale of marketing tables to enable us to continue providing services to the seniors in our area. In order to ensure that each vendor has sufficient space and good exposure, only a limited number of marketing tables are available. The marketing table cost remains at $325 and that price also includes one Pancake Fest ticket. To enhance the traffic flow, we will once again be using narrow tables (18” by 72”) and they will be strategically placed throughout the common areas of the Center. Each display space will include one table and chair. Marketing table displays may be set-up on Friday afternoon, February 13, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. or on Monday morning, February 16, from 9:00 a.m....
